March of Otherworldly Light is becoming a multi-format all-star. It sees extensive play in Standard. But many Pioneer and Modern decks are starting to use the card too. It’s even picking up play in Commander.
It’s quite possible that this is the best removal spell from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Consequently, March of Otherworldly Light has drastically risen in price.
March of Otherworldly Light
At its lowest point, March of Otherworldly Light was less than $2.00. Now, the regular art printing of the card is between $4.00-$5.00.
Other copies of the card followed similar price trends. The extended border copy of March is about $5.00 at the time of writing. And the showcase copy is now $7.00-$9.00!

Why Has March of Otherworldly Light Risen in Price?

But March of Otherworldly Light is exceedingly better than I imagined. Across formats, many decks are opting to include March in their main decks.
As March of Otherworldly Light becomes more popular, its price could rise even higher, especially for premium versions of the card like the foil showcase.
Standard
In Standard, March of Otherworldly Light shows up in many control decks like Azorius and Esper. But even decks like Mono-White Aggro and Orzhov Midrange will include March in their sideboards.
